This cake was made for a bridal shower with a Caribbean honeymoon theme. The cake is classic white cake with raspberry preserve and pastry cream fillings. The suitcases, along with the buckles and handles are fondant. The cake is finished off with accents of clothing, sand, shells and a tropical flower.

This tennis court cake was my first groom's cake order and was made with much love for my cousin and his new bride! The cake is classic moist white cake with natilla filling with vanilla buttercream icing. The tennis rackets, balls and the court itself is made out of fondant. The figures are hand sculpted out of gum paste and hand painted.

I was asked to make a cake replica of a child's favorite skateboard for his special birthday at a local skate park. The cake is chocolate cake with oreo buttercream filling. The design is put together with fondant and the wheels and trucks are molded from gum paste and painted silver.

This poker table cake was made for a very special gambler, my little brother! The cake is covered in fondant and each chip and card modeled from fondant and hand painted. This cake is sure to be a hit with that special poker player in your life!

A couple of months ago I was asked to make a cake replica of a LV Speedy bag. Covered with fondant, every square on the bag was placed on the cake by hand. All the trimming and handles are edible, shaped from sugar paste. The cake itself was chocolate cake with banana pudding filling. It was great fun to make!
